2. What data we process
We process the data you provide to us via the contact form, by email or by phone: your full name or company name, email address, phone number and the content of your message. If we enter into a contract, we also process the data needed to perform it and issue an invoice.

We process your data in order to:– reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR – steps prior to entering into a contract),– fulfil your order and contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR),– issue invoices and keep accounting records (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR – legal obligation),– maintain contact with customers and establish, pursue or defend legal claims (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – our legitimate interest).
4. How long we keep your data
Data from enquiries that do not result in an order is kept for up to 12 months from our last contact. Data related to contracts and invoices is kept for the period required by tax law, usually 5 years from the end of the tax year, and until any claims become time-barred.

Your data may only be shared with entities that support our business: our website hosting and email providers, our accounting office, courier companies (when shipping orders) and IT service providers. We do not sell your data or share it for marketing purposes.
